On the eve of the Earth Day Department of Geography organized an educational event. There were two halves of the whole event. The programme was started with the lighting of lamp by our honorable speaker Professor Somnath Sardar, Scientist, Department of Agronomy, Sri Ramakrishna Ashram, Nimpith. After that welcome note was delivered by our respected principal ma’am. The programme was then followed by a workshop titled “Domestic Trash Reuse and Regeneration” delivered by Professor Somnath Sardar. .
