The Department of English, Vedanta College Kolkata, organized a visit to Metcalfe Hall on Saturday, the 13th of May, 2023. The journey started from the college premises and became a heritage walk through the streets of the 'then' Calcutta. From the GPO to the Writers' Building and St. Andrew's Church along the way, students were mesmerized beyond comparison at the colossal columns that added to the visit to the museum that housed Calcutta and its culture, history and identity.
